We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring team with sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart a career in Talent Acquisition and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring within a fast-paced tech workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.

Screen profiles against job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Fresh graduate or prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is a plus.

Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Available to join immediately.

Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Duration: 2 Months
