Role Description This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition – Hospitals role based in Hyderabad.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for hospital including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for clinical and non-clinical positions.

The Talent

Acquisition specialist will coordinate and schedule interviews, manage stakeholder communication, and provide a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives for hospitals, and updating recruitment data and reports in internal systems. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements, advise on hiring strategies, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles.
Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills to manage selection processes and assess candidate fit.
Relevant experience in hospital recruitment, ideally within talent acquisition or HR functions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with attention to detail and organised work habits.
Comfort with using ATS/HR technology platforms, sourcing tools, and qualified networking channels.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
