We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, material handling, and stock documentation. The candidate should have experience in maintaining store records, coordinating with production/purchase teams, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward material movement.
Maintain stock registers and inventory records accurately.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams.
Perform regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Prepare daily/monthly inventory and stock reports.
Maintain ERP/software entries related to store activities.
Follow company safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Executive/Store Keeper.
Knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.
Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Excel.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Graduate or relevant diploma preferred.
