Manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel and ensure student safety, discipline, and well-being.
Plan, organize, and coordinate sports activities, practice sessions, tournaments, and events.
Monitor student attendance, behavior, and participation in both hostel and sports activities.
Maintain hostel facilities, sports equipment, and coordinate maintenance when required.
Handle room allotments, hostel records, and sports-related documentation.
Coordinate with coaches, wardens, housekeeping, security, and management for smooth operations.
Encourage student participation in sports and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.
Address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide timely support.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules, safety regulations, and sports safety protocols.
Communicate regularly with parents, students, and management regarding student welfare and activities.
Prepare reports, schedules, and budgets related to hostel and sports operations.
Respond effectively to emergencies and ensure a secure and supportive setting for all students.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
