We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in full-lifecycle recruitment for Non-IT domains (Sales, Customer Service, Field Operations etc.,). This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn modern hiring practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate management in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential candidates using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases based on role requirements.
Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate interest, communication skills, and alignment with role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various locations.
Maintain and update candidate tracking logs and talent pipelines to ensure seamless workflow.




Assist the HR team in gathering documentation and coordinating the post-selection and pre-onboarding process.
Help compile basic hiring reports and data for talent acquisition metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages like Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is a plus).
Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with job platforms like LinkedIn or Naukri.
Enthusiastic learner, detail-oriented, with positive time-management abilities.
