Role & responsibilities :

i) Lead and manage social media monitoring activities to identify unlawful content, misinformation, disinformation, and emerging trends across digital platforms.

ii) Supervise the collection, analysis, and reporting of social media data, ensuring timely submission of daily, weekly, and special reports. iii) Coordinate with technical, legal, and research teams to support analysis of online content and project deliverables.

iv) Monitor significant online events and emerging digital narratives, providing timely inputs and recommendations for appropriate action. v) Support awareness programmes, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives related to cyber laws, digital safety, and responsible use of social media.

vi) Liaise with government agencies, project stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to facilitate project implementation and information sharing.

vii) Ensure proper documentation, dashboard management, and maintenance of social media monitoring records and project outputs. viii) Perform any other project-related responsibilities assigned by the Competent Authority.
