Job Title Spotfire Full Stack Support Engineer Experience: 5+ Years

Work Location: Chennai / Madurai / Bengaluru / Noida Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Spotfire analytics applications.

Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and Spotfire dashboards.

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Spotfire dashboards and visualizations.

Administer Spotfire Server, Web Player, Automation Services, and user access.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement permanent fixes.

Monitor application health using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools.

Support deployments, releases, patches, and production migrations.

Optimize Spotfire dashboard performance and SQL queries.

Work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business users.

Maintain documentation, SOPs,



and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in application or production support.

Robust experience with TIBCO Spotfire (Analyst, Server, Automation Services).

Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

Experience with REST APIs and integration services.

Programming knowledge in C#/.NET, Java, or Python.

JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom Spotfire visualizations.

Experience with IronPython scripting in Spotfire.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and release management.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, or Dynatrace.

Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
