What You'll Do

Own end-to-end hiring for intern and executive-level roles.

Source top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Draft compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across platforms.

Maintain recruitment dashboards, ATS, and hiring reports.

Drive campus hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.

Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring funnel.

Assist in recruitment process improvements and automation initiatives.





Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.

What We're Looking For

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/MBA in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Passionate about recruitment, networking, and building relationships.

Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or recruitment platforms is a plus.
