Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
Handle receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability for production.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Accounts departments for smooth material flow.
Maintain inward/outward registers and all store documentation.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper material identification.
Supervise store staff and assign daily work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory/MIS reports.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store area.
Control inventory losses, damages, and obsolete stock.




Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete documentation.

Skills Required
Robust knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Experience with ERP/MARG or other inventory software.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
