ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, driving employer branding initiatives, building strong stakeholder relationships, and enhancing recruitment effectiveness through data-driven decision-making and innovative hiring practices. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across functions and levels through various sourcing channels.

Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring plans.

Lead, mentor, and guide recruiters and recruitment partners to achieve hiring targets and service excellence.

Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice and improve candidate engagement.

Utilize recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, job portals, social media, and innovative sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency.

Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, prepare MIS reports, and recommend process improvements.





Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Support diversity hiring, succession planning, and strategic workforce initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Management.
Experience in high-volume hiring and stakeholder management.
Robust sourcing and interviewing skills.
Knowledge of recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Employer branding and candidate experience management.
Data analysis, reporting, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Robust leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business setting.
Stakeholder Management
Educational Qualification (min MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in Logistics / Supply Chain/Transportation / E-commerce / Manufacturing, or allied industries would be preferred
