Job Summary

RedBrik Real Estate is seeking a energetic and strategic Team Leader – Sales to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, and develop high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, strengthening channel partnerships, expanding market presence, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers and sales teams.
Drive revenue growth through direct sales and channel partner networks.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and business metrics.
Identify recent business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and channel partners.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to maximize lead conversion.
Review sales pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strengthen market positioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–12 years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
