Role & responsibilities

Role is for Optical store
Supervise daily store activities
Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the store.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
Monitor daily sales performance against targets and take corrective actions to bridge gaps. Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and market opportunities to increase revenue.
Ensure optimum stock availability and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities and minimize lost sales.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and initiate corrective actions.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities to enhance revenue.

• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of quick-moving products.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, inventory turnover, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, increase customer retention, and generate repeat business.
Manage and monitor the performance, attendance,



and roster of store personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues and escalations.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduation /MBA / PG Diploma in Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.
Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of retail store operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and retail ERP/POS systems. • Understanding of sales management, customer service, and revenue generation strategies.
Skills & Abilities: o Basic computer proficiency with word and excel o Positive communication and Interpersonal skills o Positive convincing skill for selling od healthcare services o Multitaskers
Experience: Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in Stores/Warehouse operations, preferably with at least 12 years in a supervisory role. Hospital/homecare companies/clinics/polyclinics/Diagnostic centers
