Project Development

?Lead project development activities for Solar, Wind, Hybrid, and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects.

?Conduct project feasibility assessments including technical, commercial, regulatory, and environmental evaluations.

?Coordinate land identification, due diligence, and land acquisition teams.

?Obtain all statutory approvals, permits, and clearances required for project execution.

?Coordinate with government authorities, state nodal agencies, DISCOMs, and regulatory bodies.

?Support bid preparation and project execution teams during project development.

Power Evacuation Planning

?Develop optimum power evacuation schemes for renewable energy projects.

?Coordinate with State Transmission Utilities (STUs), Central Transmission Utility (CTU), and transmission licensees for grid connectivity.

?Secure Grid Connectivity approvals and transmission access.

?Prepare applications for evacuation approvals and monitor approval timelines.

?Coordinate transmission line routing studies and substation planning.

?Liaise with Load Dispatch Centres (SLDC/RLDC/NLDC) regarding connectivity and commissioning.

Regulatory & Utility Coordination

?Coordinate with:

oSTU oCTU oDISCOMs oSLDC oRLDC oState Renewable Energy Agencies oCEA oMinistry of Power (where applicable)





?Monitor changes in regulations affecting renewable energy projects.

?Ensure compliance with Grid Code, CEA regulations, and state transmission policies.

Technical Coordination

?Coordinate with engineering teams for:

oGrid interconnection studies oLoad flow studies oShort circuit studies oProtection coordination oSCADA integration oMetering requirements

?Review single line diagrams (SLDs) and transmission system designs.

?Support EPC teams during implementation.

Stakeholder Management

?Manage relationships with:

oGovernment authorities oTransmission utilities oLandowners oConsultants oEPC contractors oInvestors oProject lenders

?Represent the company in technical meetings and regulatory discussions.

Project Management

?Track development milestones.

?Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

?Ensure project schedules are achieved within agreed timelines.

?Prepare management reports and project status updates.

Documentation

?Maintain project development documentation.

?Prepare technical reports and presentations.

?Manage applications for:

oConnectivity oOpen Access oTransmission approvals oGrid synchronization oCommissioning approvals
