Role Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing large-scale hiring mandates across Business Banking and Consumer Banking functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring quality talent for frontline sales and relationship management positions while ensuring timely fulfillment of business manpower requirements.

Build candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and market mapping.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with business stakeholders.
Ensure timely offer rollouts, candidate engagement, and onboarding support.
Track hiring metrics, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and recruitment productivity.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Drive hiring campaigns, walk-ins, and recruitment events to support volume hiring needs.
