Job Type: Full time Job Summary Pragati Agri Product is looking for a responsible Store Incharge to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while ensuring accurate inventory records. The candidate will coordinate with vendors and internal departments to maintain optimum stock levels and support smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.

Maintain stock registers and records of material inward and outward.

Ensure proper tagging, stacking, and safe storage of materials.

Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requisitions when required.

Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Coordinate with vendors and negotiate for timely procurement.

Coordinate with the Accounts team for vendor payment processing.





Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Administration teams to meet material requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and purchase reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass ; ITI (Mechanical/Fitter/Electrical or related trade) preferred.

2–5 years of experience in store, inventory, or purchase functions.

Fresh ITI candidates willing to learn are also encouraged to apply as Trainees.

Basic technical knowledge of machine parts and industrial materials.

Knowledge of MS Excel and smartphone/mobile operations.

Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills.

Robust organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.

Preferred Industry Candidates from Manufacturing, Engineering, Agri Equipment, Automobile, Machine Parts, Industrial Products, or similar industries will be preferred.
