Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The role involves managing the marketing team, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders, overseeing digital campaigns, and executing high-impact marketing strategies across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Plan and oversee content calendars, content creation, and social media management
Coordinate with the required marketing agencies
Manage cross-functional coordination with sales, design, and other stakeholders
Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI




Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management
Robust understanding of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Experience in content strategy, social media management, and campaign planning
Robust leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
