Assist in sourcing candidates for technology and sales roles through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications against role requirements shared by hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening calls to check availability, interest, and fitment.
Maintain and update candidate data accurately in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Support offer rollout coordination documentation, follow-ups, and onboarding handoffs.
Track recruitment status and help maintain hiring trackers/dashboards for assigned requisitions.
Coordinate with hiring managers and senior TA team members to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates.
Support employer branding activities such as job postings, career page updates, and social media hiring campaigns.
