Training & Mentorship: Conduct specialized training sessions and workshops to enhance the team’s product knowledge and professional skills.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute localized market strategies to expand our footprint in the Kolkata region.
Leadership & Management: Provide daily guidance, conduct reviews, and manage the overall workflow of the distribution team.
