The team focuses on creating campaigns that drive real engagement and impact across digital and social channels, offering interns a front-row view into the entertainment and influencer space.

Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support MMM’s digital presence by assisting in planning, creating, and publishing content across social platforms. Day-to-day tasks include drafting posts and captions, helping design and schedule social media campaigns, monitoring engagement and analytics, and researching trends in entertainment and digital culture. The intern will collaborate with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, support influencer and brand collaborations,



and help maintain a consistent brand voice.

This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of major platforms and basic analytics.

Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including writing engaging captions and supporting visual content development.

Effective Communication skills, with explicit written and verbal communication and a cooperative approach.

Interest in Bollywood, entertainment media, and creator culture, with awareness of digital trends and pop culture.

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

Basic familiarity with content design tools (e.g., Canva) or video editing applications is an added advantage.
