Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tender Engineer Protection, Control & SAS to support EPC substation tendering activities. The role involves preparing technical and commercial proposals, reviewing client specifications, developing cost estimates, preparing BOQs, and ensuring compliance with SEC standards for Protection, SAS, Metering, and Communication Systems.

Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and project requirements for EPC substation projects.
Prepare technical proposals, bid documentation, and tender submissions.
Develop technical solutions for
Protection Systems
Control Systems
Substation Automation Systems (SAS)
Disturbance Recording Systems
Metering Systems
Substation Communication Systems
Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for protection, control, SAS, metering,



and communication systems including related accessories and materials.
Perform cost estimation and pricing for substation EPC tenders.
Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain technical and commercial inputs.
Prepare technical clarifications, deviations, and Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure complete understanding of project scope.
Review and ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards and specifications.
Assist in evaluating vendor quotations and preparing technical bid evaluations.
Support engineering activities during tender and project handover stages.
Develop basic understanding and support tendering activities related to Substation Telecommunication Systems.
