Position Title: Tender Executive /Sr. Executive

Experience Required: 2+ year

Salary Range: 30,000- 40,000
Monitor GEM, CPPP, defence procurement portals, PSU tenders, and private RFQs/RFPs.
Prepare techno-commercial bids, compliance sheets, and tender documentation.
Coordinate with technical, finance, legal, and operations teams for bid submissions.
Ensure compliance with defence procurement procedures and tender timelines.
Manage EMDs, bid securities, certifications, and contractual documentation.
Maintain tender MIS, bid tracking, and client communication records.
Handle post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of defence procurement processes and e-tendering systems.
Solid documentation and analytical skills.
Experience in handling government and defence tenders preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
