Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in South Delhi. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer processes.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will help maintain candidate databases, follow up with applicants, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, updating recruitment trackers, and contributing to employer branding initiatives on job portals and social media. The role also provides prospects to learn recruitment best practices, HR policies, and compliance requirements under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with an interest in learning and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring,



including basic understanding of candidate assessment and coordination of selection steps.
Candidates should possess skills related to Employer Branding, with the ability to assist in promoting the organization’s culture and opportunities across relevant platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfort with using MS Office tools and online recruitment platforms; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; internships or academic projects in HR or recruitment are beneficial.
Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a qualified, inclusive approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds.
