We are seeking a Part-Time Technical Interviewer with 9+ years of Finance & Accounting (F&A;)

experience who can speak, read, write spanish

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical interviews for below mentioned , assessing candidates' proficiency, architectural thinking, and capabilities, and providing structured interview feedback to support hiring decisions. This is a part-time, remote role.

An experienced Finance & Accounting (F&A;) Accounts Receivable (AR) Consultant to support a transformation and process documentation initiative for our end client in Mexico. The consultant will be responsible for understanding the existing Accounts Receivable processes, documenting end-to-end workflows, and supporting AR process optimization and automation initiatives.

Since all business interactions, meetings, and documentation will be conducted in Spanish , the candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand the client's end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
Document current ("As-Is") AR processes and recommend improvements where applicable.




Work closely with business stakeholders to capture process requirements and business rules.
Support AR Automation initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Manage and document key AR functions, including:
Cash Application (Cash App)
Collections
Deductions Management
Collaborate with business and technology teams to align AR processes with the organization's technology platform.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting (F&A;) with solid expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) .
Hands-on experience in:
AR Automation
Cash Application
Collections
Deductions Management
AR Process Documentation
Solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Accounts Receivable processes.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Mandatory Requirements
Fluent in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak) – Mandatory.
Experience working with Spanish-speaking business stakeholders.
Willingness to work onsite in Mexico for the contract duration.
Robust documentation and business analysis skills.
