Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
Drive hiring for AI, Data, Cloud, Digital, and Emerging Technology roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and close positions.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, SLAs, and ATS updates.
Provide hiring reports, recruitment metrics, and market intelligence.
Build solid relationships with stakeholders and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Handle multiple hiring requirements in a quick-paced workplace.
