Manage the hospital's general ledger and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts regularly.
Oversee payroll accounting and ensure compliance with statutory deductions.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for hospital departments.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and healthcare financial regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.
Monitor patient billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle accounting.
Supervise junior accountants and finance staff, providing guidance and training.
Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation.




Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns (where applicable).
Implement and maintain internal financial controls to prevent errors and fraud.
Work closely with department heads to monitor expenses and optimize budgets.
Support hospital management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient-related information.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of hospital accounting systems and ERP software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
