In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR activities that shape a positive employee experience. From attracting the right talent to managing onboarding, engagement, and exit processes, you will play an important role in building and supporting our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify the right talent.
Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.




Manage joining formalities and documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and help new employees settle into the organization.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance.
Support employee engagement activities and foster a positive work workplace.
Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling professionally.
Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and complete separation processes.
