Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure effective store operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP software, inventory management, and stock auditing.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software.
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and update stock transactions in the ERP system.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Conduct periodic stock verification and physical stock audits.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for smooth inventory operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in warehouse management.
Good knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Experience in stock auditing and inventory reconciliation.
Solid knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
Positive organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and inventory management practices.
Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
