The Technical Delivery Manager will serve as the operational bridge between onshore stakeholders and the offshore engineering team — managing delivery schedules, team productivity, and project execution. This role is also responsible for enabling AI adoption within their team, ensuring engineers effectively use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.
This is a hands-on delivery management role focused on execution, team productivity, and operational excellence.
Require
12+ years of experience in software delivery management, engineering project management, or similar role
3+ years of experience managing offshore or distributed engineering team
Hands-on experience managing agile teams of 15+ engineer
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and helping team members adopt the
Robust knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum
Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOp
Experience with sprint planning, capacity management, and status reportin
Solid communication skills with the ability to work across time zones with onshore team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fiel
Preferr
Experience in healthcare technology, health insurance, or payer-side
IT Familiarity with claims administration platforms such as TriZetto Facets or QNX
Exposure to SaaS product delivery and cloud-based architectur
CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or equivalent agile certificati
