Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate compensation, facilitate offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate databases, and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Stay updated on IT market trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
15 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
Hands-on experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Valuable understanding of IT technologies, roles, and recruitment processes.
Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within defined timelines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a robust team player.
