Role Summary

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Store Keeper with proven experience using the Petpooja Inventory management software. In this role, you will oversee all kitchen stores and supply chain operations—managing vendor deliveries, tracking daily raw material consumption, maintaining optimal stock levels, and preventing wastage or variance through accurate digital logging.

Key Responsibilities
Petpooja Inventory Management: Log all daily stock movements in the Petpooja software, including creating Goods Receive Notes (GRN), issuing departmental kitchen indents, and recording wastage.
Receiving &
Quality Control:

Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging, and beverages from vendors for quality, correct quantity, temperature compliance, and expiry dates before accepting invoices.
Stock Audits &
Variance Control:

Conduct routine physical stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly), reconcile counts against Petpooja system reports, and immediately flag discrepancies, pilferage, or spoilage.
Purchase Requisitions: Monitor inventory PAR levels and generate timely purchase requisitions or automated vendor Purchase Orders (POs) through Petpooja to prevent kitchen stockouts.




Storage &
Hygiene Standards:

Organize dry storage, cold rooms, and deep freezers strictly following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles while maintaining high sanitation and pest control standards.
Cost &
Recipe Tracking:

Support the kitchen management team by ensuring accurate raw material pricing, logging sub-recipe batch yields, and tracking recipe costing within the Petpooja module.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Mandatory: Practical, hands-on working knowledge of the Petpooja Inventory &
Store module

(GRN generation, indenting, stock audit reconciliation, and PO creation).
1–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Assistant, or Purchase Executive in a QSR, hotel, catering unit, or commercial kitchen.
Solid understanding of food safety storage protocols, FIFO/FEFO principles, and inventory shrinkage control.
Solid numerical accuracy, basic MS Excel / Google Sheets skills, and high personal integrity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
