Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location- Greater Noida
CTC -8 LPA
About the Role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of sales specialists across multiple territories, ensuring the organization attracts and hires high-performing talent to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified sales candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding activities.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
