Recruitment strategy

: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Candidate sourcing

: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
Interview management

: Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.




Stakeholder collaboration

: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts.
Employer branding

Data-driven hiring

: Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
Compliance

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience recruitment (4–6 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
