Programming & System Design: Develop and optimize PLC logic (Ladder, Structured Text) and IPC-based SCADA systems per functional specifications and P&ID; drawings.
Documentation & Selection: Prepare I/O lists, flow charts, and logic diagrams; assist in selecting sensors, actuators, VFDs, pumps, and pneumatic components.
Troubleshooting & Support: Conduct root-cause analysis for bugs, support in office qualification, and assist QC and Customer Service with technical issues.
Vendor & Project Coordination: Manage third-party vendors for software deliverables and ensure adherence to company programming standards.

Required Qualifications
Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or related engineering field; PLC certifications preferred.
Experience: 4–6 years in PLC/SCADA programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Weintek).

Experience with pharmaceutical machinery and 21 CFR Part 11 software is a major plus.
