Key Responsibilities:
Solid experience in end-to-end technology hiring especially for product development workplace.
Understanding the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications of the company.
Sourcing, Screening, Calling, Coordinating Interviews will be the prime responsibility of this role.
Leveraging on Job Portals & social media to penetrate IT professionals network globally.
Valuable communication skills & proficiency to work in MS Suites is required.
Negotiate salary and manage candidates compensation expectations.
Recruiting, matching and pool management.
Work with Hiring Managers and ensuring the timelines of sourcing are met.
Draws-up and posts adequate publications to attract candidate.

Requirements
Should be an MBA in HR or equivalent.
Must have experience working on various sourcing channels majorly Naukri & LinkedIn.
Should have worked on technology or product hiring.
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Proficiency to work in MS Suites is required.
