Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for technical roles, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Evaluate candidates' technical background, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Engineering background is mandatory (B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent).
Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles such as Embedded, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced hiring workplace.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
