Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Store Manager role located in Allahabad. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising retail staff while maintaining an organized and secure store environment.



Additional responsibilities include implementing company policies, reducing retail loss, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring the store meets sales targets.

Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to foster positive customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory control and retail operations leadership.
Solid Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to minimize risks and ensure financial accountability.
Experience in managing a team and meeting sales targets is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and an ability to adapt to changing challenges.
