India continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Store / Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch functions while ensuring compliance with GMP standards and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation and maintain accurate stock records.
Oversee inward and outward material movement, storage, and warehouse operations.
Plan and execute dispatch schedules while coordinating with transporters for timely deliveries.
Ensure proper documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and audit records.




Lead warehouse staff, allocate responsibilities, and drive SOP, safety, and GMP compliance.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchase, and Head Office teams to ensure timely material availability.
Drive process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Preferred

Experience
5+ years of experience in Warehouse or Store Management.
Experience in the Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, GMP, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, or similar inventory software.
Robust leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
