Role Description This is a full time, in office Social Media Marketing Intern role based in Pune City. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Daily tasks include drafting posts, scheduling content, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and supporting basic community management activities. The role will also involve coordinating with the marketing team to support digital campaigns, conducting simple competitor and trend research, and preparing performance reports.



The intern will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistent messaging and timely execution of social media activities.

Qualifications
Ability to demonstrate skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles.
Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
Interest in analytics, with the ability to interpret basic social media metrics and insights.
Familiarity with leading social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their content formats.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, learning-oriented approach.
Ability to work in office in Pune City, collaborate within a team, and manage time effectively.
Coursework or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
Should be comfortable with taking shoots once in a month
