About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Technology Coordinator to support the technical backbone of our VFX production pipeline developemnt. This role bridges the gap between artists, production, and the technology/IT & pipeline teams — ensuring that hardware, software, render infrastructure, and workflows run smoothly across all active shows. You'll be the go-to person for tracking technical resources, coordinating rollouts, troubleshooting first-line issues, and keeping technology-related documentation and communication organised.

Key Responsibilities - Act as the first point of contact for artists and production teams on technical/software issues, escalating to IT, Pipeline, or Systems teams as needed
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of artists from a technology standpoint (login setup, access permissions etc)
Liaise between Production, Pipeline TDs, and IT to schedule software updates, patches, and pipeline tool rollouts with minimal disruption to production - Assist in setting up and maintaining project storage structures, review systems, and data management protocols
Document technical workflows, SOPs,



and troubleshooting guides for internal use
Support onboarding training sessions for recent tools or pipeline updates
Coordinate with artists for software procurement and support tickets
Monitor and report on recurring technical issues to help prioritize pipeline/IT development work
Prepare & Provide reports to Production Support team as needed on daily basis
Basic understanding of Shotgrid, VFX Industry, Ayon and Dcc Applications.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills — comfortable liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems (Jira, or similar)
Basic scripting knowledge (Python) is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, deadline-driven production environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting a VFX or animation pipeline team directly
Familiarity with Linux/Windows hybrid studio environments
