Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a versatile team member who can manage sales, customer support, and basic office administration for a growing healthcare software company.

The candidate will be responsible for:
Contacting prospective customers such as doctors, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies.
Explaining and demonstrating our software products through phone calls, online meetings, or in-person visits.
Following up with leads and helping convert interested customers into paying users.
Assisting customers with software installation, onboarding, basic training, and routine support.
Recording customer feedback, support requests, sales leads, and follow-up status.
Coordinating with the founder and development team regarding bugs, feature requests, and customer concerns.
Preparing quotations, invoices, basic reports, customer records, and other office documents.
Managing phone calls, emails, appointments, data entry, and basic day-to-day administrative work.
Occasionally travelling locally for product demonstrations, installation, training, or customer support.




Maintaining qualified and long-term relationships with customers.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate or diploma holder in any discipline.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.
Comfortable speaking with doctors, hospital staff, pharmacists, and business owners.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and software installation.
Willing to learn healthcare software and explain it clearly to non-technical users.
Self-motivated, organised, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple types of work.
Previous experience in software sales, medical sales, customer support, hospital administration, pharmacy, or healthcare IT will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally are preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills, confidence, and willingness to learn may also apply.
Candidates looking to grow with an early-stage healthcare technology company will be preferred.
