Technical Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities

Industry: Industrial Lubricants, Greases, Specialty Oils, Fuel & Petroleum Products
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify and acquire current B2B customers across manufacturing, engineering, steel, cement, power, automotive, mining, textile, chemical, and infrastructure industries.
Conduct plant visits, technical product presentations, product demonstrations, and lubrication audits to recommend suitable products and solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close business deals.
Provide technical support and application guidance on industrial lubricants, greases, specialty oils, solvents, and fuel products.
Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, customer meetings, industrial networking, and market research.
Coordinate with production, logistics, laboratory,



and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve sales targets while ensuring timely payment collection and maintaining healthy customer accounts.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, visit reports, and forecasts using CRM and MS Office.
Conduct product trials, resolve technical issues, and ensure successful product implementation at customer sites.
Participate in industrial exhibitions, technical seminars, trade fairs, and customer awareness programs to promote the VZEN brand.
Work closely with the management team to develop new products based on customer and market requirements.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer visits, business development, and technical support.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
