Technical Sales Manager – Job Responsibilities
Drive business growth by developing new industrial and institutional customers.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
Identify customer requirements and recommend technically suitable lubricants, greases, specialty oils, solvents, and fuel products.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, OEMs, and industrial clients.
Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, tenders, and pricing proposals.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and application training for customers.
Coordinate product trials and monitor performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts while maintaining profitability.
Monitor customer consumption patterns and identify cross-selling and upselling prospects.
Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and gross margin objectives.
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment collection.
Collaborate with the technical, production, quality,



and logistics teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
Maintain CRM records, customer visit reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
Represent the company at exhibitions, vendor meets, technical seminars, and industry events.
Identify opportunities for appointing distributors, dealers, and channel partners in current territories.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical business practices.
Submit weekly activity reports and monthly business development plans to management.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to expand business and strengthen customer relationships.
Contribute to achieving the company's long-term sales and market expansion objectives.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
