The Clinical Educator is responsible for delivering and coordinating standardized clinical education and training programs across India for ostomy and continence care. The role supports clinicians, nurses, care associates, and sales teams through structured training, therapy guidance, and patient education to ensure secure and effective product use. Working across hospitals and care settings, the Clinical Educator provides therapy-level support during product launches and complex cases while ensuring compliance with clinical and ethical standards.

Should be comfortable to travel PAN-India locations.
Total Experience
6–8 years of clinical experience, with exposure to education or training roles preferred.
Proficient expertise in ostomy and continence care therapy, clinical protocols, and patient pathways.
Solid understanding of hospital systems, nursing practices, and adult learning methodologies.
Experience in medical devices, ostomy, continence care, or specialty nursing is an advantage
