Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the assembly of fabricated components, structures, and machinery.
Interpret engineering drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and specifications for accurate assembly.
Ensure proper alignment, fitting, welding, and bolting of parts as per design requirements.
Hands-on experience in machine assembly and fitting processes.
Coordinate with the Design, fabrication and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
Monitor and control manpower allocation, tools, and material usage in assembly.
Supervise and execute the assembly of fabricated structures, frames, different types of Conveyors, Tanks, chimneys, and equipment.
Maintain documentation of assembly checklists, inspection records, and daily progress reports.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for assembly defects or rework.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper usage of tools and lifting equipment.
Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot assembly processes effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and tools.
Familiarity with CAD software or production management tools is a plus.
Attention to detail and a learning attitude.
Valuable communication & observation skills.
