We are hiring an experienced Telecaller to join our team for UBWebs.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Generate leads and follow up with clients.
Maintain call records and daily reports.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and polite speaking skills.
Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
Stable internet connection and laptop/mobile for remote work.
Immediate joiners preferred.
