Inventory & Stock Management
Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment requests.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
Minimize inventory discrepancies, losses, and material wastage.

Store Operations
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
Ensure timely issue of materials to internal departments.
Maintain a clean, protected, and well-organized store workplace.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, returns, and stock transfers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Reconcile physical stock with system records.
Maintain documentation in compliance with company policies.

Coordination
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance teams.




Liaise with vendors for material receipts and discrepancy resolution.
Support audits by providing inventory records and documentation.
Ensure smooth communication between departments regarding stock availability.

Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies and inventory control procedures.
Follow quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Identify process improvements to enhance store efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in store management or inventory management.
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG will be preferred.
Solid understanding of inventory control and stock management.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
