:
Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide solutions within the SAP SD framework.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation.
Assist in the implementation of current features and enhancements in SAP SD.
Conduct testing and validation of changes to ensure they meet business requirements.
Document processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Validate queue monitoring and IDOC related issues.
Analyze and implement minor enhancements and change requests.
Align ticket and issue status to engagement counterpart.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience with SAP SD, including configuration and support.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM).
Certification in SAP SD is an advantage.
