Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our growing pharmaceutical team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that life-saving medications and healthcare products move seamlessly from manufacturers to patients. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of end-to-end logistics, inventory management, and the strict regulatory frameworks governing the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and finished goods to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring strict adherence to Cold Chain management protocols for temperature-sensitive products.

Vendor Management : Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipping discrepancies.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all supply chain operations comply with local and international pharmaceutical standards (e.g., WHO-GMP, FDA, CDSCO guidelines).

Documentation :



Maintain precise records of purchase orders, shipping manifests, import/export documentation, and compliance certificates.

Data Analysis : Utilize ERP systems to track supply chain metrics, evaluate vendor performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Executive, Procurement Specialist, or Logistics Officer specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

Industry Knowledge : Solid understanding of pharma-specific logistics, including cold chain maintenance and regulatory documentation.

Soft Skills : Strong negotiation tactics, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
