Follow up with the candidates for confirming till day joining.

Contract Manpower Management. Plant Round at least 2 per day.

Statutory Compliance, Contractor R C license, Factory license, Renewal of all agreements.

House Keeping Management.

All required and applicable Statutory Returns filing on line as well as off line as applicable.

Handle Union Activity and resolving their grievances as per guidance

Take Daily Round and pick up observation and intimate the same to Head HR

Contractors bill Checking and reconciling the same with the attendance, Agreement and forwarding the same to accounts for further process after obtaining the Approval of Head HR

Other work assigned by Head HR & Administration & to Support HR Head for activities of the department and timely completion of the same.

Facility up kip and safety observation.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
