card payment devices, customer displays, and other POS peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support to customers and field teams via phone, email, and ticketing systems for POS hardware and peripheral-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, card payment devices, customer displays, and other POS peripherals.
Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve hardware and connectivity issues.
Log, track, prioritize, and resolve support tickets while ensuring compliance with SLA commitments.
Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper usage and maintenance of POS equipment.
Abale to installation and troubleshooting Printer and scanners and other output devices.
Excellent problem determination and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and troubleshooting skills.
